COVID-19: Fayose Tables Fresh Request Before Buhari

Fayose

Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to ease the suffering of Nigerians during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stated this in a post on his Twitter page on Wednesday.

According to Fayose, the lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic has led to the consumption of data by Nigerians.

He urged President Buhari to be kind to Nigerians and reduce tariffs on network and cable TV providers.

Nigerians have been at home since the beginning of this COVID-19 pandemic, even now that the lockdown is relaxed, causing increase in Data usage,” Fayose wrote.

“Government will be kind enough to prevail on Network and Cable TV Providers to reduce their tariffs to support Nigerians at this time.”
