Oyo State: Coronavirus Cases In Ibadan Firms Rise To 151

Breaking: Oyo Records First Coronavirus Case, COVID-19 In Nigeria Now 23 Cases

The Oyo State Coronavirus Task Force has confirmed two new cases from iSON Xperiences and two other cases from Ibadan South West and Egbeda Local Government Areas of the state.

The development was revealed by the state Governor, Seyi Makinde, on his official Twitter account, on Tuesday.

He further stated this brings the number of confirmed cases in the state to 244, while iSON Xperiences has recorded 151 cases in the state.

The governor wrote, “The COVID-19 confirmation tests for four suspected cases came back positive. Two are from iSON Xperiences and one case each from Ibadan South West and Egbeda local government council areas.”

“The total number of confirmed cases in Oyo State is 244.”

“Please call the Emergency Operations Centre if you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, tiredness, body ache and shortness of breath.”
