Ahead of the forthcoming governorship elections in Edo and Ondo states, the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has sent fresh warnings to some stakeholders.
Particularly, the clergyman warned the All Progressives Congress (APC) about making wrong moves in the build-up to and during the primary elections in Edo and Ondo States.
Speaking further in his latest prophecies concerning the two states, Primate Ayodele told the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki to do the needful if he is to secure a second term ticket.
He also warned the APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole to be careful with the way he is handling the political crisis in Edo State if he doesn’t want to be pushed out of relevance both at the local and national level.
Ayodele said: “Adams Oshimhole is playing his last national politics if care isn’t taken with the way he is handling the power tussle between him and Godwin Obaseki.”
On giving the APC ticket in Edo State to Ize Iyamu, Primate Ayodele said that will be a wrong move.
‘’If they conquer Obaseki and give Ize Iyamu, he will ‘not produce’, what will happen to him will be more than what happened to Obaseki.
“Obaseki should listen to instructions, do the needful, if he does all these, he will win the primaries even though the party leadership will want to manipulate it. Also, APC will have two candidates if care isn’t taken.’’
